From April 27 to May 6, 2018, Gallery COMMON will present London-based artist and illustrator Joe Cruz’s first ever solo show in Asia. Using black and white photographs and oil pastels, Cruz’s artworks utilize hands-on methods to turn low-tech materials into something beautiful, creating works that revolve around appropriation, mark-making and colour. The exhibition will feature over 100 of his original artworks and large print works.
